Cancellations & Refunds
- All requests for cancellations of registration or field trip participation or hotel reservations must be received in writing to the Convener IDC-6 by post only.
- Cancellations will not be accepted by any other means.
- Cancellation of conference and accompanying persons registration fees: Amount refunded will be less 20% until 31st December 2009. After this date registration fees will be refunded less 50%.
- Cancellation of field-trip fees: Amount refunded will be less 50% until 31st December 2009. After this date NO refund would be possible.
- Cancellation of hotel reservations: Amount refunded will be less 10% until 31st December 2009. After this date one day tariff will be deducted.
